Dear Parents,
Please complete the «Getting to know your child» questionnaire, which is going to be an auxiliary tool for the child care staff of the Athens Municipal Crèche, in order to organize, in the best possible way, the adaptation of the child to the Child Care Center and to design the pedagogical actions required.

Follow these steps:
- Log in to your profile, from the home page, by selecting «Login» and using the user passwords. If you do not have an account, create a profile by registering as a new user. Instructions for logging in/creating a user account can be found here.
- Select the link to complete the «Getting to know Your Child Questionnaire».
- Be sure to fill in all the fields with the necessary information in the questionnaire, paying special attention to the field «Child Care Center», and choosing the one in which your child is hosted.
- Finally, select the box with the terms of use and privacy policy to submit the questionnaire.
